(AWE) e.V. works through five interconnected programmes that respond to real needs identified by women, children, and communities. Each programme has its own focus, but they all share a commitment to protection, dignity, and opportunity.

Each programme has its own entry points — for example, children's activities, economic empowerment, youth participation, or advocacy. Together, they reinforce one another and build safer futures.
(AWE) e.V. centers women as agents of change and supports women-led initiatives with resources, vocational training, and community partnerships.
(AWE) e.V. promotes youth development through education, skills acquisition, leadership, storytelling, and community participation.
(AWE) e.V. supports community development through training, resources, livelihood inputs, and local implementation partners.
(AWE) e.V. empowers women and girls through vocational training, small-business support, counselling, and local partner supervision.
(AWE) e.V. supports children with education, basic necessities, medical assistance, and partner-led care in local communities.
Rather than stand-alone projects, (AWE) e.V. programmes are designed to overlap. This allows support for women, children, and youth to be more consistent and responsive over time.
